Smarter door for aged people
1st Oct. 2003
This was a rough product concept that was inspired from a 3 month study and analysis gained from a large data set gained from an observational study of a Taiwan seniours home.
Keywords: Warmth, Friendliness, kindness, or affection
Build a door that shows these qualities through direct and indirect means. Direct refers to the visual and auditory features they can identify. Indirectly displays warmth by actually exceeding expectations - the door provides security, ease of use, and information.
