Decision-makers will benefit particularly from clear internal reports and presentations.
Information design will also help a business to communicate effectively with its customers via its tender documents, brochures, technical specifications, instructions for use, publications, website, contracts, invoices, bills, etc. There is now the potential for customising many of these documents, but this introduces a new range of design challenges.
