Six Design Lessons From the Apple Store (James Garrett)
14th Jul. 2004
"There’s a lot about the Apple Store experience that we can apply to the design of many other kinds of products — and a few lessons we can take from Apple’s missteps as well."
I always love studying real world experiences and applying them to the work we do digitally. It is not just a useful exercise in helping ourselves create more effective products but it is always an excellent tool to communicate to project stake holders. Far easier to understand shopping at IKEA vs. ikea.com (if they had an online store front).
